#Week 2
This week my friend Patricio Pacheco went to the fitness center gym at school. We didn’t really know what to work out, so we did a little bit of everything. Work out are legs on the seated leg press and our cardio on the stationary bikes.
Before the work out i felt tired because before i had class and i wont say it was the most interesting thing that i did, I was also anxious because i was scared that i might arrive late at work because i had to work out. During the work out i felt happy, it been a while that i haven’t gone to the gym and going this time with a friend was fun and made me remember good times at the gym with one of my other friends. After the work out if felt energized like i could run a marathon but also worried that i would be late, but it was worth it even if we didn’t go for really long it still felt good to go work out.

I learned that with time, patience and determination i could arrive to the body goal i want to be and i also learned that i like to go to the gym cause it makes me feel good and healthy after. What i like about the gym is the feeling afterward. Yes! it does hurt but, it just a sign that i’m working hard which gets me really motivated. What i dislike about the gym is that there are so many things to do that i have no clue where to start nor what to do.
